深圳外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)校國(guó)際部(SWIS)位于風(fēng)景秀麗的深圳灣畔,占地面積2.4萬(wàn)平方米,總建筑面積4.2萬(wàn)平方米,是一所為在深圳工作的外籍和港澳臺(tái)人士子女服務(wù)的國(guó)際學(xué)校,包括幼兒部、小學(xué)部和中學(xué)部。學(xué)校建筑典雅精致,環(huán)境優(yōu)美。

誠(chéng)邀家長(zhǎng)作為學(xué)校大集體的成員共同教育孩子,共享學(xué)校的生活。我們的教師來(lái)自英國(guó)、愛(ài)爾蘭、美國(guó)、加拿大、澳大利亞和新西蘭等英語(yǔ)國(guó)家,均為持有國(guó)際教師資格證書,具有豐富的國(guó)際教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),富有責(zé)任心和奉獻(xiàn)精神的優(yōu)秀外籍教師。
學(xué)校實(shí)行小班教學(xué),每班學(xué)生人數(shù)為20名,由每班各自的外籍教師和中文教師進(jìn)行執(zhí)教和管理。此外,學(xué)生們每周都上藝術(shù)、音樂(lè)、體育、游泳等課程;每天上一節(jié)中文課。
中文學(xué)習(xí)在我們的課程里有著特殊的地位。所有在中國(guó)的國(guó)際學(xué)生都享有學(xué)習(xí)中文的便利條件。我們了解不同中文水平的學(xué)生對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)中文的需求有所不同,為此,我們的中文教學(xué)課程設(shè)計(jì)采取了較強(qiáng)的針對(duì)性。
我們的中文課顧及了從初學(xué)者至母語(yǔ)為中文的學(xué)生的不同程度和水平,具有有參與性、多層次、相關(guān)性、挑戰(zhàn)性等特點(diǎn)。我們通過(guò)有效和持續(xù)不斷的教學(xué)研究確保我們的語(yǔ)言教學(xué)法行之有效并且適合所有學(xué)生。
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, resource and deliver the Chinese Curriculum as agreed with the Chinese Coordinator.
2. When directed to by the foreign teacher, work with small groups of students, facilitate small group discussion, teach a lesson designed and planned by the Foreign teacher and assist in the preparation of instructional resources;
3. Follow the lead of the foreign teacher;
4. Differentiate classroom instruction to meet student’s individual learning needs and styles.
5. Explicitly teach ongoing and transdisciplinary skills.
6. Provide learning experiences that build on what students know and can do.
7. Support the development of international-mindedness and all attributes of the IB learner profile within the Chinese curriculum.
8. Use technology as a vehicle for learning and integrate ICT skills teaching within Chinese curriculum where possible.
9. Employ a range of teaching and learning strategies to promote independent thinking.
10. Promote and foster student reflection on learning experiences.
11. Employ a range of grouping and regrouping of students for a variety of learning purposes.
12. Foster a stimulating learning environment based on understanding and respect.
13. Empower students to take self-initiated action as a result of the learning.

15. Collaboratively develop and follow a Grade Level Essential Agreement.
Qualification Requirements:
1. Bachelor or higher degree with Chinese teaching license (教師資格證).
2. Exceptional English skills.
3. Prioritized consideration given to candidates who have experience in teaching Chinese or experienced in international schools.
