職位描述
崗位職責(zé):
1. 負(fù)責(zé)追蹤質(zhì)量門(mén)，WSA，GFP，以及工藝質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。
Responsible for tracking QG, WSA, GFP and Process & Quality issue.
2. 負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量控制及內(nèi)外部質(zhì)量問(wèn)題管理。
Responsible for quality control and quality issue management.
2. 負(fù)責(zé)和其他部門(mén)接口，配合解決質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。
Responsible for coordinating with other departments to solve the quality issues.
3. 負(fù)責(zé)CI改善。
Responsible for CI improvement.
任職資格:
1. 大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械，汽車，自動(dòng)化相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanism, automobile, automatization or material science or relative fields.
2. 3年及以上的汽車制造廠生產(chǎn)部門(mén)或者質(zhì)量管理部門(mén)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；熟悉汽車制造的整體工藝流程。
With 3 years of experiences in automotive production department or quality department; familiar with overall processes on automotive manufacturing.
3. 大學(xué)英語(yǔ)6級(jí)或以上，普通話及英語(yǔ)交流熟練，且具備英文筆譯能力；具備德語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)者優(yōu)先。
CET6 or above, good oral and writing communication capabilities in both English and Chinese; basic German is an advantage.
4. 工作獨(dú)立性強(qiáng)，可以承受一定時(shí)期內(nèi)較大工作壓力，工作主動(dòng)性強(qiáng)，可以靈活加班，具備一定的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力—可處理好復(fù)雜任務(wù)。
Highly independent, able to work under high pressure; high motivation and can work overtime; and handle with complex assignments with good organization and communication capabilities.
