Responsibilites:Deep dive in understanding of business strategy, implements corporate HR policy at thebusiness unit or division level了解業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略需求并促進(jìn)人力資源工作各項(xiàng)要求在業(yè)務(wù)部門有效規(guī)劃及實(shí)施;Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with management to address root causes of human resources issues. Drive organization design, workforce planning talent management and succession planning activity協(xié)助管理者發(fā)現(xiàn)組織發(fā)展中的問題,合理有效設(shè)計(jì)組織架構(gòu)及配置人力資源,關(guān)注人才發(fā)展和培養(yǎng)體系搭建;Develops and drives company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., recruitment, salary review,development, communication).Provide solutions to management team and ensure implementation在人員招聘,培養(yǎng),溝通等方面為管理者提供全面建議并予以落實(shí);Design and facilitate activities in employee communication, engagement enhancement and change management支持員工溝通及企業(yè)文化落地,員工敬業(yè)度提升及組織變革管理;Resolves employee relations issues through a systematic approach系統(tǒng)視角解決員工關(guān)系問題;Desired Skills and Background:At least 8 years of proven HRBPHR Manager experience-demonstrated success insupporting start-up team development至少8年 HRBP/HR Manager經(jīng)驗(yàn),有支持過初創(chuàng)團(tuán)隊(duì)到成熟階段經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;Proficiency in HR full function techniques including OD and performance management, good command of employee life cycle management, HR techniques and tools精通至少2個(gè)人力資源模塊,***是OD/Performance Management,熟悉人力資源日常管理工作流程,了解并掌握人力資源各項(xiàng)管理工具和技術(shù);Excellent business acumen,be sensitive to people and organization dynamics, provides solutions to the organization issue and implementation.良好的業(yè)務(wù)理解能力和洞察力,具有對(duì)人及對(duì)組織的敏感度,能夠針對(duì)問題形成有效解決方案并落地;Strong self-motivated, fast adaptor and quick learner強(qiáng)烈的自我驅(qū)動(dòng)力,快速適應(yīng)和學(xué)習(xí)能力;Good communication and partnership skills優(yōu)秀溝通和快速建立關(guān)系能力;Bachelor's degree above本科及以上學(xué)歷;Fluency in English and Mandarin 英語及普通話流利Working experience in a dynamic engineering environment such as high-tech/semi-conductor industry is a plus快速發(fā)展工程領(lǐng)域企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),高科技/半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)尤佳。
