1. 執(zhí)行公司既定的銷售策略、計劃、目標(biāo)和預(yù)算，挖掘業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會，并完成公司產(chǎn)品在指定區(qū)域、目標(biāo)醫(yī)院/機(jī)構(gòu)的推廣；
2. 洞察客戶機(jī)會，挖掘并掌握客戶需求，能夠為客戶賦能，提供專業(yè)的支持和培訓(xùn)等；
3. 建立、完善和維護(hù)良好的目標(biāo)客戶群網(wǎng)絡(luò)；
4. 協(xié)助地區(qū)經(jīng)理和市場部等跨部門人員，落實執(zhí)行公司的各類項目；根據(jù)所負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)構(gòu)/醫(yī)院特性定制化調(diào)整，使執(zhí)行效果最優(yōu)；
5. 遵循商業(yè)行為準(zhǔn)則，合法合理開展業(yè)務(wù)活動；
6. 上級主管安排的其他任務(wù)。職位要求
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，醫(yī)藥/醫(yī)療器材相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2. 3年左右醫(yī)藥/醫(yī)療器械相關(guān)類產(chǎn)品的銷售經(jīng)驗；
3. 良好的客戶管理能力和團(tuán)隊合作能力；
4. 良好的學(xué)習(xí)及數(shù)據(jù)分析能力；
5. 樂于接受挑戰(zhàn)并有良好的抗壓能力；
