崗位說明該崗位將全面負(fù)責(zé)人力資源的各方面業(yè)務(wù),包括招聘、培訓(xùn)、人力資源管理以及政府勞動(dòng)部門的聯(lián)系。入職后我們將提供在總公司中國工廠內(nèi)廣泛的業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)。崗位職責(zé)- 制定人力資源政策- 確保公司不違反勞動(dòng)法- 與柬埔寨勞工部聯(lián)系- 工廠勞動(dòng)力及行政人員招聘- 薪酬和福利的規(guī)劃與執(zhí)行- 人力資源管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求- 兩年或兩年以上制造業(yè)人力資源工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)- 了解柬埔寨勞動(dòng)法規(guī),包括勞動(dòng)合同、薪酬和福利、社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)等。- 有工廠勞動(dòng)力和行政人員招聘經(jīng)驗(yàn)- 為外籍人員申請工作許可證的知識(shí)- ,有英語或漢語的口語及書寫能力其他- 該職位將出差柬埔寨(Kampong Speu),但我們將首先在中國(廈門)的工廠提供廣泛的培訓(xùn)- 申請人將是柬埔寨首批加入我們的員工之一,因此將有快速晉升的職業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)69Human Resource SpecialistsJob SummaryThis position will be overall responsible for all aspects of human resource activities including recruiting, training, HR administration and government liaison with the labor department. Extensive training at our factories in China will be provided.Job Responsibilities- Develop human resource policies- Ensure organization’s compliance with labor laws- Liaison with Cambodian labor department- Recruitment of factory labor and administrative personnel- Compensation and benefits planning and execution- Human resources administrationWork Experience Requirements- Two or more years Human Resource experience in the manufacturing industry- Knowledge of Cambodian labor regulations, including labor contracts, compensation and benefits, mandated social insurances, etc.- Experienced in recruitment for factory labor and administrative personnel- Knowledge of applying work permits for foreign personnel- Chinese proficiency as a second language
