1. Establish strategic collaborations with key pharmacy chains and build effective JBP (Joint Business Plan) and long-term win-win relationship
2. Annual contract negotiation and marketing activities sell in
3. Deliver sales targets and other business goals according to annual business plan
4. Leverage the key pharmacy chains to do patient education and extend the DOT
5. Develop tailor-made programs based on the system and customer needs of key pharmacy chains
6. Regular visit to pharmacy chain headquarter and key subsidiaries
7. Monitor and analyze sales performance on monthly basis and provide action plan職位要求
1. Minimum 5-8 Years health care industry commercial experience
2. Minimum 5 years business experience in retail pharmarceutical industry with key accounts management experience
3. Result driven and proven sales record
4. Excellent communication and presentation skill
5. Strong business insights and market analysis abilities
6. Strong project management and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure
7. Familiar usage of Office Software8.
