Responsibilities:-Manage site operation, collect and analyze data to monitor site TEEP/OEE, host monthly TEEP/OEE review meeting.-Serve as element leader of PSM sub-committee to engage in site PSM process.-Coordinate site CI projects, including participating in CI projects related to site and production department, continuous improvement of workshop 5S and Digital Lean etc.-Manage site operation Data collection and analyze, host site/department monthly KPI review and monitor improvement actions.-Update and maintain site capacity/agility book, host site monthly supply review.-Responsible for continuous improvement of production efficiency, including assessing production Equipment and Manhours requirements according to Demand, participating in production schedule, managing production standard working hours, develop continuous improvement plans, etc.-Responsible for daily trouble shooting on operation unplanned event. Organizing regular meetings of production department, including daily meetings, monthly meetings, cross-department meetings, etc.-Act as Backup for critical work of Process Engineer & Production Assistants-Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering-3 or more years production management experience in chemical industrial-Communicate fluently in both Mandarin Chinese and English-Leadership or functional competency:a)Influential leader who can engage and lead others.b)High level of confidence in his / her decision-making skills.c)Can look at the big picture and make the correct decision.d)Excellent organization and time management skills to include prioritization, scheduling, and optimizing shift team skills and resources.e)Has built positive working relationships with others across the organization and functional support organizations that enable other roles to be successful to perform their roles through influential leadership and coaching.f)Ability to value assess service request and coach shift team members when they are not aligned to current plant goals.g)Thorough knowledge of the plant process technology.h)Confident with current computer applications and skills.-Microsoft Office and other common E tool within SAP
