崗位描述：9.1 Supplier service performance monitor as well as Customer interface if necessary. 供應(yīng)商服務(wù)質(zhì)量管控；必要時(shí)可直接對接客戶。 9.2 Shortage management and trigger further escalation if necessary. 缺料管控及逐級上報(bào)。 9.3 Limit Jabil liability on E&O, FIA, or expiry materials’ management. 通過對E&O、FIA及過期物料等的管控達(dá)到減少捷普責(zé)任的目的。 9.4 Lead new projects and solve daily operation issue based on related process of ECN, MCN, DA, PCN, PDN etc. for all material items. 主導(dǎo)新項(xiàng)目并按ECN, MCN, DA, PCN, PDN等流程解決日常采購問題。 9.5 Follow and execute supply chain strategy, incl. Price, InScm model, order allocation etc. 遵循并執(zhí)行供應(yīng)鏈的供應(yīng)策略，包含價(jià)格、InSCM model、訂單分配等。 9.6 Drive and be responsible for his/ her own KPI. 高級采購對他/她自己相關(guān)的 KPI 績效指標(biāo)負(fù)責(zé)。 9.

6.6 Data integrity maintenance 系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性維護(hù)9.7 Assist internal & external Audit on Purchasing. 協(xié)助內(nèi)外部對采購工作的審核。 9.8 Support and co-ordinate cross function activities, attending NPI, CWA, ECN, CAC meeting and other meeting required. 支持、協(xié)調(diào)跨部門活動(dòng)，參加NPI、CWA、ECN、CAC等會(huì)議。 9.9 Provide training to EIT/ New employees. 為EIT或新進(jìn)人員提供培訓(xùn)。 9.10 Follow Supervisor’s other job assignment 服從上級主管安排的其他工作任務(wù)。
任職資格：
1.For Senior Buyer, it is requested for college degree or above, along with 2 years of purchasing experience in production material at least. 高級采購要求具備大?；蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷，至少2年生產(chǎn)物料采購經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2.Familiar with MRP/ERP system, SAP hand-on experience is preferred. 熟悉MRP/ERP系統(tǒng)，有SAP實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
3.At least 2 years production materials purchasing experience, electronics manufacturing environment is preferred. 2年以上生產(chǎn)物料采購經(jīng)驗(yàn)，電子制造環(huán)境者優(yōu)先.
4. Have basic commodity knowledge. 具備基本的零部件知識(shí)。
