Permanent involvement in the root cause analysis of the problems. 全流程跟蹤及分析質(zhì)量問題。Validation of the corrective actions proposed by the suppliers and sub-suppliers.驗證及糾正供應商或分包商的不當之處。Definition and adjustment of the quality standard for parts inspection according to the evolution of the problems and feedback from Argentina.根據(jù)總部的反饋去協(xié)調(diào)供應商來調(diào)整及定義質(zhì)量標準。Logistic follow up of specific points according to priorities to be defined.根據(jù)優(yōu)先程度去選擇和跟進物流流程。 Inspect trucks and parts orders according to the criteria defined.根據(jù)需求目錄檢驗卡車或其零部件訂單。Demand to the supplier the correction of the non-conformity detected during the inspection process. 檢驗流程中要求供應商嚴格執(zhí)行一致性原則。 Approve or reject parts and orders according to the result of the inspection.根據(jù)檢驗結(jié)果覺得批準或拒絕訂單。Approve or reject suppliers after visit the factory and check the product.拜訪供應商工廠檢驗商品來決定是批準還是拒絕。Help supplier to study the problems, find root reasons and develop solutions.幫助供應商發(fā)現(xiàn)問題解決問題。Validate the improvement that the supplier and sub supplier implement.驗證提高供應商及分包商的執(zhí)行水平。Repot the findings to the team using the standard report.用標準報告來記錄和驗證結(jié)果。 Follow up in each order inspection the evaluation of the improvements in the parts and tracks. 跟進每一筆卡車和零部件的訂單并驗證。Requirements:
1.Passionate and hard working with good communication skills. 溝通良好努力工作。
2.Excellent spoken and written English language ability.英語口語可以和國外總部交流。
3.Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 工程專業(yè)背景。
4. Experience in the trucks and buses business is a must. 卡車乘用車摩托車有經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
